Create, decorate, and detox with your own flip phone. Bring a friend & double the fun! Ready to unplug, get creative, and reset your mind? This interactive workshop is a fun way to step away from the scroll while doing something relaxing and hands-on. You’ll decorate your own flip phone and use it as a tool to begin a 14-day social media detox without pressure, or guilt. Why you’ll love it: • Less screen time, more mental clarity • A creative, stress-relieving experience • Better focus, presence, and balance • A supportive, feel-good group setting What’s included: • Flip phone decorating workshop • All decorating supplies • 14-day social media detox guide • Guided intention setting and group support Type of Phone provided: Tracfone TCL Flip 3, 16GB, Gray - Prepaid Feature Phone (Plan cards are NOT INCLUDED, must be purchased separately) Session Size: To keep the experience personal and enjoyable, each session is limited to 6 participants. Important Policy: All registrations are final. Due to limited seating and pre-prepared materials, no refunds or transfers are available.

Workshop Policies To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please review the following policies before registering: Registration & Payment Full payment is required to reserve your spot in the workshop. Due to limited availability and advance preparation of materials, all registrations are considered final. Refunds & Cancellations All workshop sales are non-refundable and non-transferable. Because space is limited and materials are prepared in advance, we are unable to offer refunds or credits for missed sessions. Attendance If you are unable to attend, we encourage you to notify us as soon as possible. While we cannot offer refunds, your consideration helps us maintain a positive experience for all participants. Session Size Each workshop session is intentionally limited to 6 participants to provide a relaxed, creative, and supportive environment. Materials & Experience All decorating supplies and workshop materials are included unless otherwise noted. Participants who choose to bring their own flip phone are responsible for ensuring it is functional and compatible with basic calling and texting. Phone Plans Phone plans are not included with workshop registration. Participants may choose to purchase a phone plan separately for phones provided by Kneading You On The Spot or for personal devices, based on individual needs and preferences. Respectful Environment This workshop is designed to be a calm, welcoming space for creativity and self-care. We ask all participants to be respectful of others, the shared space, and the experience.
