Cancellation Policy
Please note that all Booking Deposits & Flash Sale Full Payments are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. If RESCHEDULING, your deposit will be used for the new appointment. You can reschedule up to 2 times before appointment is permanently cancelled. Providing less than 2 hours’ notice will require you to pay a $10.00 rescheduling fee, or you will be unable to book future services . CANCELLATIONS with less than 12 hours’ notice will require you to pay a $25.00 cancellation fee, or you will be unable to book future services. NO CALL, NO SHOWS will result in full charge for all services booked.
